I was impressed from the outset by the way the KitReni team employed a structured approach in planning the implementation. Responsibilities and deliverables were always clearly defined. KitReni consultants worked as a team with Parity personnel, which was a major contributing factor to the successful result - the project was delivered on time and under budget. The product knowledge, experience and professionalism of KitReni personnel involved in the project were excellent, as was the post-implementation support provided.

Sylvester worked with us and played a key role on an extensive Infor SunSystems implementation which we have just completed at Crown Agents. Sylvester is not only an expert within the Infor product suite and therefore capable of offering good guidance around configuration choices but he is also clear about the need for process standardisation and improvement and is effective in delivering this message. Sylvester is direct and pragmatic in his approach, he is good fun to work with and and I would not hesitate to involve him again.
